My stay at Bann Yin Dee was fantastic! The setting is great outside of Patong but an easy walk downhill. The rooms and service were first class and the food in the restaurant and the nightly singer made the stay memorable.

We have been communicating with Maria all the time and we glad that the hotel has someone who is attentive like her. The hotel upgraded our stay from deluxe sea view to suite room, a size equivalent of 2 rooms. The view definitely great. The architecture of the hotel building has the sense of traditional Siamese touch, unlike most contemporary hotel design. Breakfast was decent, but we enjoyed it. They staff also baby friendly. They always offer my little baby with soft toys and sometimes they take her for brief walking. reccomended.

I can't say enough about this hotel. Bravo Jum... Thank you for an excellent stay... Our room was fantastic and we had a spectacular view of the beach and cityscape... The pool was awesome ...the staff was friendly and the performer in the restaurant at dinner was fabulous .... What a magnificent hotel!!!! It was blissful, and is to date the most beautiful and luxurious hotel we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was enormous! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we live near Perth W.A and nowhere here do we get silver service as we did there. The view is stunning! We loved the fact that its high up so I felt 100% safe all the time, and its an enjoyable 8 minute walk down the hill in the mornings to the water on the beach. I slept like a log in the peace and tranquility. For value of money, this was unbeatable. We will always return to this lovely place! I now associate Thailand in my mind, with the lovely and romantic time we enjoyed there. Spot on! The food was 10 out of 10! Thank you sooo much for making our hard worked for holiday, such a memorable time! We will be back next year :-) Thank you so much for making this hotel such a luxurious place we can stay at :-)

Absolutely nothing. Some of the negative reviews I had read in here, are ridiculous! Would you rather be in the middle of Patong and all that noise, than hear the odd truck? And we sure didnt hear much at all. I slept like a log, and was so refreshed every day.

Loved the whole experience and location is a dream. Staff are always at your service, with a smile, when needed. It's a good hike down the hill into Patong but Tuk Tuk's are the go on the way back. Have stayed at numerous locations on the island but for real serenity this place is awesome. The pools at this wonderful hotel are perfect for it's location and were used frequently during our stay. Enjoyed the place so much am headed back in April, 2012. Yay!
